Site Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

  1. The parties

This Membership Agreement (Agreement) has been concluded between Onka Global Consultancy and Import Export Co. Ltd. (FIRM) with the Mersis number 0643074993000001 and the internet user (Member) who has become a member as a natural person or legal entity in order to benefit from the products and services offered on the COMPANY's www.oiaformore.com address. It has entered into force when the Member clicks on the "I have read, accept and approve the Membership Agreement" button in the electronic environment and the acceptance declaration is recorded in the COMPANY's records.
 

  1. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the Member's use and usage conditions of the products and services offered on the www.oiaformore.com website owned by the COMPANY.

  7.  The COMPANY has the right to suspend, terminate the Membership and/or delete all data, documents and files belonging to the Member at any time it deems necessary, without assuming any liability and unilaterally. 
  8.  The COMPANY always reserves the right to make changes to the prices and other information of the products and services offered. 
  9.  www.oiaformore.com all design and software related content, text and visual content of the products on the website are the property of the COMPANY and cannot be used by the Member without the written permission of the COMPANY. All registered or unregistered intellectual property rights such as title, business name, brand, patent, logo, design, information and method on this website belong to the site operator and owner, the COMPANY or the specified relevant party and are under the protection of national and international law. 
  10. The COMPANY grants the Member the right to express his/her comments, ideas and thoughts in the relevant areas of the www.oiaformore.com website, in order to improve and develop the user experience, software and design and/or in accordance with the legal legislation, the name of the internet service provider and Internet Protocol (IP) address used by the Member to access the website, the date and time the site was accessed, information about the pages accessed on the website, etc. may be collected, processed and used for lawful purposes.
  11. The COMPANY takes measures within the scope of available possibilities to ensure that the www.oiaformore.com website is free from viruses, spam and similar software and is not subject to any attacks. It is the Member's initiative to provide their own virus protection system to ensure their individual and final security. The Member accepts and undertakes that they are responsible for all errors that may occur in their software and operating systems; and the direct or indirect consequences of these errors. 
  12. The Company may update, change or repeal the terms of this Agreement at any time without any prior notice and/or warning in any form. Each updated, changed or repealed provision will be effective for all members on the date of publication.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to Turkish Law and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction over such disputes. 

Coercion
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is announced by the COMPANY and shall remain in force until terminated by either party. It shall enter into force when the Member clicks on the "I have read, accepted and approved the Membership Agreement" button in the electronic environment and the acceptance statement is recorded in the COMPANY records. The COMPANY may make changes to the provisions of this Agreement at any time.
