          Disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to Turkish Law and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction over such disputes. <\/p>

          Coercion<\/strong><\/strong>
          This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is announced by the COMPANY and shall remain in force until terminated by either party.
